I play this in the first bar of the first part. Instead of coming from the G up to the open A and B I play a high D , C natural B and drop to an open D. I then put a triplet A,B,A to follow and as a result I leave
out the triplet in the second bar and instead play it straight.

This occurs in the fifth bar of the first part. It’s similar to the first variation in that instead of coming up the scale I drop down to an open D again. However the effect is slightly different.
