Add them while making sure that you have the right fingers available to play them. If you can't manage these, play the tune without them but I would suggest still keeping the finger available so that when you advance you can include them without upsetting the fingering.

There is a triplet in this part, which will probably need some practice, as it requires a change of bellows direction between the 2nd and 3rd note.
